ACT waivers CAN be used after the regular deadline, but you must pay the late fee.
SAT fee waiver

A new feature has launched on the College Board website that will allow eligible students who have not yet received SAT fee waiver benefits to self-apply directly from their College Board account. This option is being offered as an alternative to eligible students needing to request a fee waiver code from their high school.

Students will be asked to fill out the form completely - no field should be left blank. Among the items requested will be the name and email address of an adult who can confirm their fee waiver eligibility, such as a parent/guardian, counselor, sponsor, social worker, or school administrator. The student will also review their information (name, address, school). At the end of the form, the student will be required to attest to their fee waiver eligibility and agree to terms and conditions.

The form is linked on the page below, by clicking Apply Now. Students will need to be logged in to their College Board account in order to view and submit the form:

A CEEB code is a standardized ID number that is assigned to a high school, college, or university.   These codes are mostly used in college entrance exams such as the SAT and ACT.  Many universities have opted to use CEEB codes on their applications.
