Governor’s Honors Program
The Georgia Governor’s Honors Program (GHP) is a residential summer program for gifted and talented high school students. The program offers instruction that is significantly different from the typical high school classroom and that is designed to provide students with academic, cultural, and social enrichment necessary to become the next generation of global critical thinkers, innovators, and leaders.

A GenCyber Summer Camp
Are you a current freshman, sophomore, or junior high school student who is thrilled by computer science and the prospect of operating in cyberspace for a career?
If so, the University of North Georgia’s GenCyber Warrior Academy--is an intense and exciting nine days of learning from highly qualified Master’s and Ph.D. UNG instructors!
The Academy is a no-cost residential program for area high school students on the Dahlonega Campus, June 10-19, 2021. (Note: Depending on COVID protocols, the program will either be residential with students living on campus in residence halls; hybrid, with some residential and others on-line; or purely on-line.)

National GEAR UP Week September 21-25, 2020!
Each day the GEAR UP Georgia Program Coordinator will have a theme with a coordinated activity for students and parents.
